Project Document - 424.1. Stakeholder engagement and participation in environmental agenda setting and decision-making

The ultimate goal of this project is, through partnerships with major groups and stakeholders, to contribute to the promotion and implementation of internationally agreed environmental goals. More specifically, the project will promote the active participation of major groups and stakeholders in agenda setting, policy dialogue and decision-making at the national, sub-regional, regional and global level, and in accordance with principle 10 of the Rio Declaration from 1992 and the Bali Guidelines on the Development of National Legislation on Access to Information, Public Participation and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters.
