The Programme is seeking proposals to provide technical assistance and mobilizing investment for renewable energy and low carbon technologies with a gender responsive approach and following the principles of leave-no-one-behind (as followed under EmPower -II ) The selected organization is expected to (a) organize or run a Micro-, Small and Medium Enterprise and/or climate tech startup Business Accelerator programme and (b) setup a south-Asia blended finance facility for renewable energy and low carbon technologies, and specifically for women and marginalized communities to run and expand their businesses.en
